I'm not sure how you "run" karaoke, like you choose who gets to go next? My second best guess is that this is a typo and he really meant the following:
Andrew Thomas Pinski is ruining Karaoke at Moon's Family Sports Pub tonight.

-Yeah watch the catastrophe, whether its running or ruining (and I think they are equivalent in this case).
